Presentation

ESIC, Business & Marketing School holds a prominent position in undergraduate, postgraduate and executive business training in Spain, with a geographical presence on a national and international level, fruit of over forty years dedicated to spreading knowledge by and for the type of professionals sought after by companies.

It currently has over 4,000 students participating in programmes and more than 25,000 alumni, which constitutes an important networking of undoubtable value. Our way of understanding training implicates the transferring of knowledge which allows company managers and executives to obtain a clear competitive advantage.

This is only achieved through permanent contact with business reality, together with the R+D which all educational institutions must develop, and the academic rigour which blends all these ingredients.

In order to provide the training with consistency, the commitment of ESIC provides the most current principles and techniques, orientated towards efficiency in management together with basic ethical criteria. ESIC bases its training activity on enriching dialogue which different points of view provide among, on the one hand, the business people and managers who enter its classrooms and, on the other hand, the actual teachers and speakers who are also professionals with wide-ranging management experience.

Therefore those participating in the management programme strengthen their professional ties through the rest of the participants, who represent an interesting and varied business group. We offer programmes, seminars and specific courses which are tailor-made and which allow for continuous training throughout the year through work meetings in which current affairs are discussed.

Training people is our passionate objective. We grow and progress with the company, we stimulate its development, we offer answers which are only possible through research and analysis carried out by our great team of professionals and trainers, who live the reality and the needs of the ever changing business world.

Our Mission

The training of professionals capable of setting up companies or organizations, and carrying out, with responsibility and efficiency, managerial tasks in any of the functional corporate areas with special emphasis in marketing at both the national and international level.

The spreading in Spanish society of a culture of ethical and rational business values, opening new channels of communication between academic and business activity while fostering the students´ business vocation (undergraduate, graduate, and executive education).

Stimulating scientific and technical research in the fields of management and marketing. Encouraging not only the work carried out by its own members, but also providing means of facilitating this research activity to outside members, national and international, who might contribute with new insights into the development of these areas.
